The Data Collection tab allows you to control what information is collected by the Create Wizard in the EasyLife 365 Collaboration App when users initiate the creation of a new Microsoft 365 Group or SharePoint site.
An organizational team provides a shared space for departments to collaborate. These teams are ideal for internal communications and organizing department-level events or meetings. They should not be used for project work — for that purpose, project teams are more suitable.

Enable your employees to efficiently collaborate with internal and external participants. Project teams normally see a lot of usage for the duration of the project and can be archived quickly once the project is done.
The OneNote section enables you to provision a OneNote notebook for a Microsoft 365 Team or Group as part of a provisioning action.
Provisioning actions provide advanced customization capabilities for Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint sites, and Guest Accounts created through EasyLife. These actions are executed once, immediately after the object is provisioned. Actions can be filtered by templates or metadata and are automatically applied to all objects that match the specified criteria. When an object matches multiple actions, they are executed in the following order: unfiltered actions first, then filtered actions based on priority (lowest to highest), and finally by alphabetical order if priorities match.
The Planner section allows you to provision a Microsoft Planner plan for a Team or Group as part of a provisioning action.
Sensitivity Labels
The Provisioning section of team templates allows you to define what should happen when a new Team is created. This can be managed through a provisioning webhook, and you can also define templates for new Teams created from an existing template.
The Settings section allows you to control which resource is being provisioned and the behavior of a Microsoft 365 Group and Team.
The Team section allows you to configure and apply settings specific to a newly provisioned Microsoft Team.
