Provisioning actions provide advanced customization capabilities for Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint sites, and Guest Accounts created through EasyLife. These actions are executed once, immediately after the object is provisioned. Actions can be filtered by templates or metadata and are automatically applied to all objects that match the specified criteria. When an object matches multiple actions, they are executed in the following order: unfiltered actions first, then filtered actions based on priority (lowest to highest), and finally by alphabetical order if priorities match.
The Owners section ensures that every Group or Team has sufficient ownership to maintain governance and accountability within the environment. In this section, you can configure actions for resources that lack an owner. You can designate an email address—whether a shared mailbox, a specific user, or a distribution group—to receive notifications when an ownerless resource is detected.
