Antares

  • Globally Available

A fresh update in EasyLife 365 Identity streamlines application visibility by introducing ownership-based filtering by default. Users can now stay focused and secure by seeing only the apps they’re responsible for, while admins still have full oversight when needed.

What’s new?

  1. Ownership-Based Application Filtering

By default, users now only see the applications they own, whether listed as sponsor or owner. This streamlines the interface, reduces clutter, and ensures users engage only with the apps they manage.

  2. Admin Toggle for Full Application View

Users with admin privileges now find a toggle in the lower-left corner of the application page, allowing them to switch between viewing only owned apps and all applications across the tenant. This ensures full transparency and tight governance without overwhelming everyday users.
