EasyLife 365 Mail just got more flexible and transparent. You can now request mailboxes and distribution lists on behalf of others, which is perfect for service desk teams, and all involved owners will be in the loop during provisioning.

1. Request Mailboxes and DLs on Behalf of Others
Service desk staff and delegated admins can now create mailboxes and distribution lists for other users. The requesting user won’t be included in communication or added to the resource, only the designated owners will be notified.

2. Owner Notifications During Provisioning
All owners of a resource will now receive a real-time notification when a mailbox or distribution list is being provisioned. These notifications clearly state who initiated the request, increasing traceability and awareness.
