1. Approval Workflow Management
We’ve added the Approval Workflow Management feature to EasyLife 365 Mail, helping administrators easily manage approval requests for mail assets, like mailboxes or distribution lists, in their tenant.
Administrators can now:
- View and manage all approval requests specific to mail assets.
- Review statuses of approval requests, including whether they are in progress, rejected, or approved.
- Take direct actions like approving or rejecting requests directly from the management view.
- Categorize and gain insights with clear groupings: Open Approvals, Closed Approvals, and detailed Approval Request Information.

2. Bulk Members Import Feature for Distribution Lists
We’ve introduced a Bulk Import Feature to EasyLife 365 Mail, simplifying how you add members to distribution lists with a CSV file.

The new Bulk Import option is now available in two key areas:
a. Provisioning Interface

A Bulk Import Button has been added to the wizard, along with a downloadable sample CSV template for guidance.

Uploaded files are validated against provisioning template rules.

Error handling ensures unmatched users or invalid entries are flagged, keeping imports accurate.
b. Editing Distribution List Members Interface
- A Bulk Import Button is now included in the details mask.
- Discrepancies are flagged, and only valid entries are added to the list.
